"Great hotel overall. Facilities are clean and rooms are well kept. Staff is a little less welcoming, there’s definitely a language barrier where they can’t fully grasp what we need. Nonetheless still good. "

"Our concierge staff member Adoni was super helpful. He made sure we got reservations for the restaurants and assisted with any needs while we were on the resort. He really went above and beyond and answered all our questions. The food was pretty good. I would avoid doing room service unless you missed the lunch/dinner timings. The swim out pool was great for when we wanted to get in the water but not go out. "
