"We experienced excellent customer service and professionalism in every interaction with the hotel staff. Special thanks to Geebran Ruiz, who provided exceptional concierge services and went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. As for the dining options, the food overall was average. Our best dining experience was at the Mexican restaurant, Tamarindo, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We also tried the Italian and hibachi restaurants but were somewhat disappointed with the food quality. Given that the hibachi restaurant requires a reservation, we expected a standout experience, but unfortunately, the food quality and presentation fell short. That said, we truly enjoyed our stay overall and would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family."

"Overall great property for a nice couple get away. At this time of year and midweek the resort was not very full so no issues getting chairs at beach, pool, or even meals. The staff went above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable. The was what would be expected I guess at an all inclusive, but the variety of options was pretty good. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. We stayed in a swim out room and honestly didn’t use that swim out pool very much. It was hot and we liked being closer to the beach and bars. But it was great to have the larger patio and even a quick jump in the pool. The seaweed was quite heav, but the staff was working hard at night and all day to remove it. The seaweed is just bad all over the Caribbean this time of year anywhere you go, but we didn’t mind it or it didn’t really ruin anything. "

"Definitely going back! We stayed at the Barcelo beach but went a few times over to the palace for the restaurants and entertainment. Very close to the airport, beach was fantastic, staff cleans the seaweed every night. "

"I went with my boyfriend gif our anniversary and loved it. We did the swim up room, which was nice but I regret not doing the Xhale vip option. We dined at the French restaurant abc had the steak…AMAZING! Overall I had a great time! "
