"No ice machines working on floors 15 down to ten? remote to tv didn't recognize "guide" so you had to search by channel up and down, air set at 70 degrees blasted cold air non stop and anything higher made room hot. We stayed there three times before and loved it. Don't know what's going on."

"This hotel is way overpriced for what it is. Room and overall hotel was dirty and dusty, very dated and window stared out to a wall. Area of town is not desirable for a solo female traveler. Food at restaurant was not good. Bar in lobby was never open and had cation tape around it one day. Would have canceled if sat wasn’t refundable. Property fee also tacked on—no idea why for. Stay elsewhere if you are a business person. This feels like a straight up hostel."

"Super spacious rooms, nice kitchen area, comfy living room and bedroom. There only drawback is the neighborhood. It is definitely sketchy. I was ok walking to my conference 10m during the day but did not feel sane walking back to hotel in the evening, and certainly could not go for a run in the morning."
