Had a great experience at the Intercontinental Saigon. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was great, offering a lot of different options. The location was amazing, walking distance to most of the shopping malls. Would definitely stay here again next time I come back to HCM.

The hotel is amazing in a fantastic location that is walking distance to all the major attractions in HCMC. The views in the rooms are stunning. The concierge were absolutely great in organizing events and tours. Breakfast is excellent with a wide range of foods and beverages.

Good 4* convenient hotel

The Intercontinental hotel in Saigon is good located. Staff was very helpful and service very good. The breakfast was average (bad quality of food) not in par with a high standard hotel. Room was clean.

I have been to more than 70 countries. The staffs is among the best i have ever seen. I left my phone in the Taxi. Hotel staffs and management treated my crisis with a high degree of urgency and provided me with all the supports possible. Within 2 hours they were able to help me get my phone back. The hotel is in a great location, and it has everything you'll need and more. special shout out to the Buffet team on Christmas eve, we had reservations out off site and there was an issue, walking off the elevator i made eye contact with the Chef and he walked over and asked if we were joining, gave me a tour and we decided to, the dishes were like nothing we have seen at even larger buffets, the quality and creativity of the dishes could have each stood on their own at an ala carte resturants. staff was warm, food was great, resturtant manager came over to say how happy he was we were there and you could tell he meant it. rest of hotel was nice, good chair in in room, Steam and Sauna were nice and a good place to meet people for a chat, gym was good enough and pool is getting redone. bellmen were always great.
