Lovely hotel annd clean apartment. We got upgraded from two to three bedrooms. Very nice staff. They have separate play area for kids and the games room. We have loved our stay here. We will definitely be staying here again next time.

Clean and spacious family apartment with a washing machine and a dryer which was very handy for family trip and keeping bathers readyvfor the next day. They have a shuttle to district 1 main tourist attraction points, that was very helpful. Walkable distance to War Museum and the Turtle Garden and amazing local restaurants in distrixt 3. We had a great stay at Sherwood Residence. The 3BR is worth every penny with it's cleanliness, space, and an amazingly yummy buffet breakfast spread. I usually skip breakfast, but the variety of food available just gave me a good reason to stay here for an hour or so to chill and chat while sampling all the food.

My family and I stayed at this hotel or the fancier one Sherwood Suites on Nam Ky Khởi nghĩan every time we’re in Ho Chi Minh City. The area is safe and the staffs are professionals. They look out for their guests safety (i.e. remind you’re careful with your cellphone). My sister was not mindful with her crossbody & phone and the staff reminded her… There’s eateries close by. Supermarket close by. Happily return customer again and again. Good job to the entire hotel staffs :) Highly recommended!

The location was excellent, within walking distance of major attractions and the complimentary shuttle was a great bonus. The pool was nice, though it only had ladders, which might be a challenge for some guests. Breakfast was small but well-stocked and delicious. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again!

Staff were very nice and kind. There are plenty of space for two adults and two children( 13 years old and 11years old). Our flight was delayed and arrived at the property very late but staff was welcomed us very nicely and we could rest very well.
