"Breakfast was ok, the bar had no Vermouth which I could not believe but it was a fact. The bartender did a great job creating me a cocktail that was similar without any vermouth."

"When we first arrived no one was at reception. Another guest had been waiting fifteen minutes to check in. After ringing an alternate number to check in the receptionist arrived. When my husband asked where she’d been she replied she’d been on a break and it was policy. I would have thought that someone else could have taken over while she was gone so we weren’t waiting around. We were then given a room a long way from the elevator. The TV didn’t work and when I tried to report it the phone didn’t work either. The power point in the bathroom was also broken. We were then moved to another room right next to the elevator but it had no dishes or cutlery for breakfast. When we asked we were told our other room was an upgrade and we weren’t really entitled to those supplies. My husband then explained what had happened the day before and they brought us our breakfast dishes etc. They were very helpful that day. Honestly if we hadn’t already paid for the room we would have gone somewhere else. Apart from all that the room was comfortable and close to the ferry and restaurants."

"This hotel is just fantastic. My room was super clean, with kettle, fridge, microwave,crockery and cutlery.Bed soooooooo comfortable. Great flat screen to TV to use your own Netflix, Disney + etc. I will 1000% stay there again. Lift access, close to shops and cafes. Sound proof too. Highly recommend this hotel and I’ve stayed in a lot over the years for personal and business. 👌👌👌👌👌"

"Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Considering it’s a 5 star hotel the room price is honestly a steal. Buffet breakfast was good, nothing extravagant but definitely gets the job done. Parking is a little steep but expected."

"Best stay ever! The hotel staff were over the top accommodating to us and treated us like royalty - we stayed here twice and LOVED every minute! Super close to the ferry system and restaurants. Everyone was so helpful and friendly to us. The rooms we got were super clean and fully stocked for us. They have an adorable cafe just off the lobby where you can ever sit outside and enjoy the sounds and sun of the surroundings."
