Property is beautiful with very unique room layout. The spa was one of the best and we enjoyed the massages. Breakfast was good ( average). Main drawback is the distance from the town .

Tucked away resort with great staff and atmosphere. Quiet, relaxing and easily accessible to nearby ancient town Hoi An. All the great amenities, good, pools in villas, and very affordable luxury stay.

Great value for money in a great location.

Loved the hotel. Stayed in a bungalow with a lagoon view for several nights and it was comfortable and spacious. Lots of amenities on site too. Staff were great. Location was great. Lots of good options for breakfast. Hotel has a shuttle bus into the town centre that runs multiple times a day. Also has private beach access.

The Koi is lovely! The resort is stunning. It’s away from town, but close enough. They have a shuttle service to and from town and a taxi is an easy drive away. The pool is devine and the beach is lovely

nice 4 star hotel outside of Hoi An. Great value

Everything from the view to the staff and facilities were great. Only stayed one night. Rainy season so watch out for mosquitos as the resort is on the river and near marshy areas. Buffet breakfast was good but not exceptional

Beautiful setting and fantastic staff

Koi Resort and spa is a beautifully landscaped resort with great rooms, fantastic staff, excellent facilities and a great "Adult Only" Pool. The included breakfast is sensational and the onsite restaurant does very nice meals. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. While near the beach, the resort currently does not have it's own beach area similar to other nearby resorts, however, we understand this is a work in progress. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others

Awesome ambience and staff

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. My 2 girls aged 4 and 7 loved the pool and the buffet breakfast. Staff were very friendly and responsive. Food at the restaurants outside of breakfast needs work as much better taste and value in town. The resort gardens were truly a tropical paradise and we loved having the river views and the sounds of the fishing boats chugging by. We booked a 3 bed villa and was perfect having the indoor pool for the kids to use during the middle of the day and during rain storms.

After great scruitiny of many hotels we chose Koi Resort, we definitely made the best choice,the hotel arranged our pick up from Da nang airport which was about midnight and was great to see someone with your name on a sign to get you where you need to be after so much travelling time,check in was a delight,upgraded on arrival was great thank you very much,ALL staff were excellent, we were greated by name every day and nothing was too much trouble,We were there for tet new year a great experience,Happy new year to all,It was also my birthday and I was treated with a cake,hugs and a chorus of "happy birthday"by 6 staff in reception ,thanks again Yummy!

We loved that there was a shuttle to old town Hoi A but wished it would have had more drop off times (for example, every half hour from 9am to 5pm). Our AC broke one day and they fixed it within the hour! It required quite a bit of electrical work to do so but staff was excelllent!

Good hotel that needs some small improvements. Staff is nice but not entirely professional. They need training. The room was fine. The areas such as pool might need some improvements.

Fantastic Relaxing Time

We stayed here for 5 nights from Christmas Eve. A free Gala dinner was put on for Xmas eve which started with the staff singing Xmas carols and had various entertainment & games throughout the evenings 5 course meal. The place is immaculate and the amount of people tidying up leaves, gardening, cleaning every day is unreal. Beyond anything is the staff. So helpful and happy, they make Koi report & spa what it is. We had a great time and would definitely recommend
