Ok

The place is new so OK. Service staff needs to be more tactful in dealing with complains. Cannot be one sided and support those who complained just because they are Westerners. Too biase for my liking. On the whole the location is just very convenient to travel everywhere.

Rooms were very spacious and clean. Hotel staff were very kind and helpful which made my stay more comfortable in Hoi An. A great place to stay if you want somewhere more quiet and not too far from the old town by walk.
