Check in which was promised at 2 did not happen until almost 3. That was very disappointing for a quick trip."Reviewed November 6, 2026Return • Singapore (SIN) - London (LHR)SIN - LHR • 1 stop LHR - SIN • 1 stopS$2,050S$1,570found 10 hours agoper traveller - Hotel Riu Plaza London The Westminster

London City Centre6 nights4.0 star property9.2/10 - Wonderful (1,692 reviews)"There was a deposit to be taken upon arrival which we were not made aware of when booking. The room was so small for the amount you pay, and we stayed two nights. The tv did not even have Netflix or anything, which one would expect when paying so much and in such a modern hotel. Good thing we took our PlayStation and connected it. Clean and modern, however, definitely would not stay again even if it were much cheaper and closer to everything."Reviewed November 3, 2026Return • Singapore (SIN) - London (LHR)SIN - LHR • 1 stop LHR - SIN • 1 stopS$2,685S$1,944found 10 hours agoper traveller - Vintry & Mercer Hotel - Small Luxury Hotels of the World

Holiday Inn Express Windsor by IHG"The staff was helpful and the room was clean and comfortable."
"nice clean hotel nice staff good food"
"Clean, staff great, breakfasts a great choice"
"Would appreciate a water bottle in the room"
"Appreciated the location of the hotel. The room was large, beautiful and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Concerns are the accessibility. I realize this is an old hotel and not much can be done about accessibility to the room but there are improvements within the room that would be helpful - the taps for the shower were difficult for someone with challenges with arthritis in their hands. Staff were lovely and very helpful and accommodating."
