"Room was very well presented and had everything my elderly mother needed during her stay. It was easy to access from the car park. Only issue is the air conditioning unit didn't always work very well. If we had the fan up high it would make a vibrating sound. Perhaps a service may be required? Other than that. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially, the cleaners who went above and beyond to ensure my mother had everything she needed when they came to service the room. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you."

"Front desk staff were very attentive and friendly as were the dining room staff. Compliments to the chef as my meal was also great. The suite was also great, well laid out and very clean. It could have done with some tea spoons for coffee though. "

Only negative…was being woken early up by the construction going on across the road. But otherwise, a lovely stay & we definitely will return."
