We have been staying here the last three times we visited Hong Kong. The family room is spacious and great for hanging out with family. The harbour view is good too! What we also love about this hotel is the convenience from the train station, a lift that brings you almost straight to the side door, and the variety of food and fruit in the neighbourhood.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel right in the heart of Hong Kong. The location is unbeatable – just a few minutes’ walk to the MTR station. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Thanks a lot to Stephen Cheng for his friendly support! My room was modern, clean, just as described on the homepage. I appreciated the comfortable bed and the quiet atmosphere – despite being in such a central spot, I slept perfectly. Overall, this is a hotel I can wholeheartedly recommend – I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Hong Kong!

Over all it was a great stay, staff are nice and friendly especially Gwen who assisted us on upgrading our room. We will surely come back in this hotel. We had a family room with two bathrooms which was very nice and convenient. The location is also convenient if you are staying for longer. We stayed only one night and realized it would have been more convenient for us to stay on the main island considering the things we wanted to do.

Comfy enough!

This hotel worked fine as a home base for exploring Hong Kong. The biggest plus is the proximity to the MTR and Tram. 3 stars just so you’re not setting your expectations too high. It was perfectly comfortable. The security downstairs was also very friendly. But there aren’t any amenities outside the room itself. I was happy to find a large supermarket within walking distance though!! I think this is a good choice to be close to Central HK but not pay for the expensive hotels. The room was perfectly fine and AC in high! Very easy to find from the airport via MTR late at night too!!

Hong Kong is not a cheap place, but this hotel was excellent and afforable. Nice big, comfortable room. Great location - walking distance to loads of places and near the ferry - for a trip to Macau - and the harbour for the light show. Great hotel

We have been upgraded to a room of sea view. The room was quite good comparing to the expectation that hotels in Hongkong could be small and expensive. We extended our stay because we were satisfied with the price and the condition. There were good restaurants near by. We went to '六安居'. The restaurant was so famous that eating there feels like fighting for food.

The hotel is situated in a very convenient location, right next to Sai Ying Pun MTR station. Lots of choruses for food or restaurants. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The complimentary room upgrade was a good surprise!
