Good place to stay. 2 Blocks from MTR and about 30 minutes to downtown. Hotel is around by fresh market so always smell the flesh around the hotel.

Good location with local market surrounding it. Supermarkets, eateries, dessert shops all outside. Although theres the butcher next to hotel, the smell doesnt get into the hotel. Masking will be great. MTR and transport is all close proximity. Hotel doesnt provide much amentities, except for the coffee and tea. Otherwise, a good location and decent room to rest.

The absolute worst beds i have ever slept on. Basically a stone slab. Extra charges apply if you want fresh towels at any point. Towels provided have holes in them. Staff is friendly but services very limited. Not even bar soap is provided. Area is decent and well connected with the rest of HK island by nearby metro station. Market outside would be loud if staying on a lower floor

The walls are moldy. The wallpaper is sticking up. At night there is sometimes a low persistent ringing in the room that stops after a while. The rooms don't even have drinking water available

Terrible experience Cockroach in yhe room. Dirtiest room I've ever stayed. A small top of the nail stick out on the ffloor in the middle of hall way. I stepped on it a few times.... Hot water very unstable. Air con isnt cool enough. Internet broken a few times in a day. Did a speed test and it's 3Mb download speed....

Room is smaller than the photo. Bed is comfy, but in general the room and bathroom are not very clean. Limited use in shower hot water. Quite shock to see a cockroach on the floor.

The lobby is smelly and some staff can hardly converse in English, the room is supposed to be executive status but it is bad in appearance. The house cleaning is 3 days once which is absurd.

We were under the impression based on your rating that this hotel is at least a 3 Star. In reality, it is unkept, dirty ambiance, unclean toilet, its location is terrible, no closet at all ... just open 3 hangers. We did not stay even a night although we paid fully already! Can we have a refund because we did not avail any of this hotel's services.

The staffs were NOT helpful, the room was mouldy and cold ! When I realised the room were missing tv remote control , the staff just ask me to tune on and off manually. I was planning to stay 8 days ! Can you imagine? I’m glad Expedia team were there to assist me! I have to said , Hotels.com’s team just disappointed me more than ever !
