Everyone was attentive to my needs and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, modern, and beautifully maintained throughout my stay. It provided the perfect place to relax after a full day of exploring Hong Kong. "Overall very good place to stay. Rooms were clean and modern enough. Aircon was a little noisy in my room though, Staff friendly and amenities great. Breakfast at the main restaurant is good, not as expensive as others I’ve stayed at but plenty of options still. There hotel was a close walk to the North Side metro station. Shops and markets in walking distance also. The entrance to the hotel was a little inconspicuous, situated on the market side. Overall a pleasant stay."

"Please have someone assist the visitors with their luggages when they check in and check-out. Please also provide bigger garbage cans. Please provide a floor mat outside the shower to help dry the feet after showering. But we really like your hotel. The designs and interior decorations were so good. The location was also very convenient to take the MTR. We will definitely stay again. Thank you so much."
