The hotel is old. Stain in the sink bowl and dirt in the bathroom. No face towel, be prepared to have your own towels. There was a stinky smell on the first day of the stay. The location is good, which is close to the MTR and 7-11. The cleaning staff was friendly. Never used their kettle or mugs. The hotel needs upgrade. If not, I will not recommend.

Property is very convenience to transportation. The room is a very good size for 2. But the carpet in the room needs to be improved so as the washroom, you see rust all around the bath tub and the shower curtain should be a bit longer so that the water does not splash over the bath tub. Once you checked in, one don't interact with the staffs.

Read this before you book

Positives: - Convenient location: tram terminal just around the corner. Bus and MTR within 5 minutes walk. - Friendly and helpful staff. - Low cost BUT you will get what you pay for (see below). Negatives: - Mould everywhere, see photos. - Very old and dirty carpet. - Smelly room and corridor. They have to put air purifiers everywhere. - Old and semi-functional tap ware. - Room service only once a week. - Have to get toiletry supplies from lobby by yourself. - Located in a wet market neighbourhood.

Location is very poor, the area outside the hotel is very dirty does not look family friendly. The hotel staff were not polite and the room was also far from a good room. I spent around 30 minutes only in the hotel but that time it was clear that it was not a family friendly hotel nor the right place. The toilet flush was rotating 360 degrees and the water kept flowing. This was during in the first flush. the bed and the interiors of the room looked very poor quality. The view from the room, less said the better.

Suites with 2 separate sleeping areas were spacious, though very dated. There were no amenities - no hair dryer, no cutlery (not even a teaspoon) despite having a small kitchenette. Views on the 27th floor were impressive. Windows opened wide for ventilation. However, the beds were rock-hard. The room reeked with an overpowering cigarette smell despite air purifiers. This forced us to relocate for the remainder of our vacation. We booked in 2 day trenches via expedia and were able to cancel our remaining 8 days.
