"Check-in staff was under staffed so there was a very long line (and wait) to check in. Also, the wait for the elevators at critical times (8am and 5pm for example) were kind of excruciating. Additionally, the parking was difficult under the building. Rooms were nice, quiet and comfy."

"Great location, very helpful and knowledgeable front desk staff. Extremely comfortable beds! Believe it or not we didn't realize there was a refrigerator in the room until we were the morning of checking out, because it was hidden inside a dresser. I've never seen that before. The only negative is the concierge guy knew nothing even about places very close to the hotel. Would definitely stay again!"

"For the price paid for the room and its amenities, it was satisfactory. When we arrived, we were allowed to check in with minimal problems. Staff was helpful and was aware of our situation when we arrived due to our late flight arrival. The area around the pool was adequate and we had a good view of the beach from our hotel room. Due to some confusion for our departure flight, we had to reserve a room for another day. I wish Expedia would have caught that error prior to our arrival so that an additional room charge would not have been incurred."

"The room was clean and nice . The two pools were full of kids . Book the adults only for kid free. Very expensive here . Buy snacks and waters at the ABC store . Eat at the round Table pizza . We learned the hard way . Great place for families with kids . Did I say very expensive?"

"The pet friendly part was great. They gave me a room right next to the entrance for their little dog park, which was nice and was supplied with poop bags and receptacles. The only complaint is that there was absolutely no toilet paper in the room and when I called housekeeping, they said it would be sent right up which never happened. I would like to add that I had an excessive amount of luggage as I am moving out of the country and the bellhop who was also the shuttle driver was extremely helpful and polite."
