Everything that could have went wrong went wrong .
Let’s start with the fact when I was trying to check and they said there is no reservation.
Then I call the number provided and she said “ I don’t know why I’m getting called . It’s not available anymore Iv been already booked.”
I was shocked because of Expedia bookings have always been reliable.
I could not believe what I heard.
This was my family’s first trip all together a group of 5 adults and a child so here we are in front trying to check in with all our luggage and this whole ordeal is happening.
This host who runs this is terrible at managing and it made me lose trust in Expedia and their standards.
I still need to deal with getting my refund and that would just be the beginning of trying to make things right.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER .
