"This was a lovely hotel - close to the airport and Windsor Castle. It took an hour to get to downtown London by Uber, but public transit options were conveniently nearby and affordable. Breakfast was great, and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful."

This is likely more of a personal request but since they have communal changing areas, bigger towels for those guests that just can't quite fit normal towels would be an appreciated addition - it's the little things! "There are not enough superlatives to describe this hotel and its incredible grounds! The food was Excellent - better than the Michelin * restuarants I have been to recently in London and Venice. The grounds are spectacular - all 66 acres of them and its worth visiting just for this alone. The bedrooms are very nice and confortable. We had an Orangery suite which has Aircon. The Main house rooms do not. The staff were superb! Expecially compared to some other much more expensive hotels where the service really lets them down. "
