The hotel has a weird policy where if you go out you have to leave the key at reception which we have never encountered anywhere in the world. "The parking lot is a pain, sometimes have to get out from car and call the reception to open the gate, very inconvenient. Have to wait near to 8 minutes to have hot water to take a shower early in the morning.

"My bad thing is if you go out when you come back late at night you have to ring the bell. The person who is there is sleeping so you have to wake up them for open the door for you."
