• The place is old. Actual apartment did not match pictures posted on Expedia. • I reached out to Sonder on their app prior to my arrival to ask if the apartment is inspected and if all is good. They confirmed that it is the case. But this was not the case after I checked in. For example, the bathtub is clogged. WiFi is not working. • No TV cable or even local channels. • Sonder refused to switch me to another unit even though other units where available for the same dates at lower price. • No amenities are provided other than 2 toilet paper rolls. The pics Sonder posted on Expedia show even expensive water.

The passcode to get into the building didn't work. The passcode to get into the room didn't work. We had to call a help desk and get a reset. It took a while, but once we were in we really loved the residence. We will definitely book again next time we're in the area.

Overall the stay was okay. The room was clean and fully equipped with all essentials. Nice layout and design. The area is quiet and seemed safe. CVS right down the straight which was great for grabbing water. Prior to arrival, i reached out with some questions and was responded to promptly and professionally. However, upon arrival we were not greeted at all by the woman at the "front desk". We paid extra for early check in at 1pm but arrived at 12pm and wanted to leave our bags while we got something to eat to kill time. The front desk agent did not greet or even speak to us, just simply looked up at us. We asked about the bags and she simply pointed to a door leading to the management office and told us to put them in there. Sign on the door said they are not responsible for your belongings and office will close at 5pm. We came back around 1:30 to find no one at the desk and the management office locked. Called the numbered at the desk and had to wait for someone to come unlock it. As far as our room, everything looked great other than the mold growing on the bathroom ceiling. Nice property but would not stay again just based off the lack of hospitality and the mold on the ceiling that needs repair.
