"Hotel is smashing. Very beautiful architecture. Great butler service to attend every needs in great details. Terrace of ocean view in Castle is delightful. Food in Steakhouse is highly recommended. Andalusian style bar is beautiful w sometimes live music. Service is amazing despite many gusts. Special thanks to my butler Camacho who helped us above and beyond. Never forget anything w great details. Other special thanks go to Danny Castillo of Steak house, Quillio of Italian restaurant, Janet of Spa and Keila of beach pool attendant for exceptionally great service. Made my holiday special. One must bring beach shoes and swim with them since there are rocks and pebbles on Beach. Beautiful white sand beach. I will go back there happily again "

"I’m currently on my flight back home from my trip and honestly was very sad to leave today. I had a wonderful stay at the St. Regis Cap Cana- stayed from 1/19-1/23/26. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and the staff is truly wonderful - they are truly courteous and attentive. I know some reviews mentioned the lack of hot water in the shower but that issue seems to be fixed - there was plenty of hot water and the water pressure is great. I would say the only thing I think they would could improve on is more food options/restaurants. I especially loved Nina and Marola and was disappointed with dinner at Cassava. I had lunch by the pool everyday and they were great but again, more food options would be a good idea. I loved the St. Regis Bar - it’s more than drinks, they have such attention to detail and the drinks are so inventive and delicious. Overall it was a very relaxing trip and I would absolutely return. "

"Great food, amenities, events by the pool during the day and in the lawn in the evenings. Plenty of activities for kids so the beach remained pretty peaceful and not crowded. Probably the best hotel/resort gym I’ve ever seen. If I had one recommendation, it would be to add more umbrellas on the beach. There were plenty of chairs, but umbrellas became a Hunger Games situation as there was one umbrella for every 10-15 chairs (versus one umbrella for every two chairs by the pool). "

"The property was nice and well decorated but not very clean. It had a lot of dust and one of the toilets was very dirty. And the floor had hair. When we leave the property we left everything very clean and organize. We even wash all the towels we used. When we arrived to the property the property manager Ms: Perla left us a paper that we had to sign with our credit card information. For any property damage. I was waiting to see her in person and meet her but she told me she was going to come two times and never arrived but we had a great communication throw the phone. After we left she send me a massage of 19 photos trying to charge me for supposedly stayed of towels that we never made, I found that not honest. When I text her before we left for her to please come so I can show her how great we were leaving the property and she was unable to come. For this reason I will never will rent with them no more or recommend to no one they try to get extra money charging for extra cleaning fees. Be careful if you rent this property they are not honest. "
