The reception, the housekeeping, even the security guard are simply awesome. They are extremely attentive, always there to assist you whenever you need. Rooms are in good condition, nice soft towels, blankets and pillows. Pool is well maintained, bath tub is clean. Highly recommended.

Private Pool and outdoor Bath
Excellent villa, away from the main road and close to the original Night Bazaar of Hua Hin. Would definitely recommend for a small family or a couple, looking for a quick get away.

Surprise success
Staff was being very helpful even before the stay begin. Ask for the deco for my gf birthday, easily done. Specific ask for babybreath bouquet as they only have roses. They manage to fulfil my request. Although the sample image I sent was not exactly the same as it is, but it was great after all. My gf like the deco, the bouquet and most important we enjoy the night stay in CAE VILLA! Bed was super soft, as if our whole body sinked into the bed!

Private and secluded villas near main town centre
Comfortable and spacious villa. Even though area is bustling and near train crossing, can hardly hear any sound of traffic. Nice large bed. Only drawback was because of the seclusion, there was one night with heavy storm which caused a power trip and no air con left room quite stuffy. As late at night and staff limited, unable to get anyone on phone until 3-4 hours later. Should have SOP to check on power at individual villas after a major storm.

Overal is quite ok, staff are all helpful and friendly Only thing is the so called private pool is very dirty yet small ...found used tissue paper all around the drainage as well as inside the pool..kinda disappointing

I loved the private pool for relaxing by or in. The staff were very polite and helpful. The only thing I disliked was having no hot water at the bathroom sink for having a shave. I've noticed this at 3 nice hotels and apartments in Thailand now so it could be a Thai thing but for the standard of hotel it really should have hot water at the bathroom sink.

Everything is great! The staff is very nice. The air-condition is good but its a bit small when compare a room size. It's cool but not freeze (I love freeze ^^)

Great little oasis in Hua Hin City
Stayed 3 nights at Cae Villas. From start to finish the staff were excellent and couldn't do enough to help. The villa itself was walled such that it was 100% private and despite being within the city the noise was not bad and non-existent when actually in the rooms with doors shut. Plenty to do locally and to get a taxi/Tuk Tuk to the central areas (Hilton Area and Night Market etc) was only 100 Baht (£2 aprox). Villa was open plan and very large. pool was great for a dip at the end of a hard day exploring. Highly recommend these villas for anyone staying in Hua Hin. Recommend the Night Market, Grand Market (both walkable from Villa), Monkey/Temple Mountain at end of beach (approx £10 in Tuk Tuk return with TukTuk waiting for you), Hutsadin Elephant Sanctuary (a must). Approx 15 mins in taxi.

A nice Villa!
Need some distance walk until getting to the shopping mall or the beach. But overall, the villa condition was good, the bed was very comfortable. Only too many mosquitoes on the 1st day.

Peaceful oasis in a great location
We stayed six nights in a private villa with a plunge pool. The accommodation was fantastic, very clean and with a private plunge pool it was ideal for our holiday. The staff were great always happy to help and made our stay very enjoyable. Breakfast served to the room each day was a nice touch. The location is superb for exploring the nearby areas and beach. There is no shortage of restaurants and food courts and plenty of shops around. Being secluded while near to the busy area makes it a great place to stay and unwind when you have had a busy day. Ideal for those who dont crave the bustle of a big hotel.

I came back to hotel around 5pm and I already have been check out from the hotel. Staff still provided their staff shower room for me since I request for a shower. Good service. Nice choice to stay here.

Great villa in town.
We really enjoyed our stay at Cae Villa. The place was clean and tidy. We loved the swimming pool. The swimming pool might be not as big as the other villa but it was a good size swimming pool. The hotel was in town, everything was within walking distance including the new Bluport shopping mall. Definitely will stay again if we go to Hua Hin again.

I stay this resort for 2 nights in December. The weather in Hau Hin was very good, not really hot when I compared with May in last year. I had view another customer report before which about not enough hot when bath and many of mostique in villa. Actually my husband and I were satisfied the temperature of bath ( when we turned on the maximum temperature) and no overty mostique at room ( Maybe not rainy weather). Totally we were very loved this villa and planned vistiting again in the further.

faultless stay great staff handy to market village and night market 8 min walk to both. beach 12 min walk so great location also local food market 3 min walk over railway lines good 4 star accomadation with cool plunge pool and outside laaaaaarge !! bathtub,very private.immaculately clean.no more to be said realy don't think youll get better value anywhere

For honeymooners only..
A series of 10 villas, all self contained with a plunge pool. Villa was large and comfortable, trouble is there is no communal areas. No pool, no bar, no restaurant nothing, just a room. A very nice room but just a room. The plunge pool may look like a selling point but not so much. All the villas are built for privacy, which means they are behind 15ft high walls. Which leaves your terrace in the shade all the time so the pool is freezing and the space around also. Nothing of note close. The beach is a 20 minute walk away and across a very busy road, shopping at the market village is about the same distance as is Hua Hin centre, so plan for tuk tuk rides and the expense that comes with them. Breakfast is served in your room, again sounds nice but I had it once and was not impressed at the quality so ate out, I suggest you do the same. Overall nice room, but lacking in every other way. Rather remote and lifeless. And for the week I stayed they were doing building work so there was a lot of noise in the day.

A friendly and small villa near city centre
We stayed in another hotel in Huahin and they arranged transfer service for us. The room is big, comfortable and clean.The swimming pool is larger than I expect but of cause you do not expect to have real swimming the pool. We ordered breakfast and they gave various choices. We rented a motorbike from them for THB250. You can rent one from the street for THB200 but it was just THB50 and you do not need to bargain with the stalls on street and simply pick up and drop off the motobike at the villa.
