Staff were welcoming, informative and friendly. Breakfast selection though small was very yummy and they make it for you on the spot. The only thing is the location is in an alley so there isn't much of a view from the window.

First, let’s me say thank you to all the reviewers who took their times to review this hotel so that I could have an idea how good its before booking from the USA. Second, I was extremely impressed of how nice of the entire staffs upon our arrival. They offered us cold drinks right away when we just steeped inside of the building :). Mr. Dung, Ms. Thi, Ms. Hang, and others greeted us everyday with warmth smiles and always asked if we needed help with anything. My whole family were VERY happy with our staying in Hotel La Perle Hue. We will come back and stay in this hotel again and again if we get back to Vietnam, especially Hue in the future. Thank you so much.

You really can't beat this level of quality for the price. The rooms were basic, but very clean and included everything you need, and the service was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Exceptional Staff
The room was okay along with the all you can eat breakfast. The staff was exceptional! Very helpful and made us feel welcomed. Did their best to make us feel at home. One morning we had a scheduled early start and they offered to open early for us to make breakfast to go. We enjoyed the sculptures they made from the towels. Only negative was the area in front of the hotel, across the lane was under construction.

The staff was super super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was pretty good. The room was comfortable but the actual condition of the room could have been better--there was no hand soap and the sink was leaking. Location was very good, however just a tip the street that the hotel is on is very narrow so our taxi had a little trouble getting in! There's lots of nightlife and food options around.

Cleanliness was quite bad. There was grime and dirt caked up in between the hardwood flooring. It made the floor quite sticky and you'd basically have to wear slippers if you didn't want to get your feet dirty. Also, there was an extraordinary amount of dust in the crevices around the room. The bathroom was full of mildew and the shower was slow to drain. On the plus, the staff seemed friendly. The room is affordable. The hotel is mostly aesthetically pleasing. The location is quite peaceful and also convenient. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance, eg, a motorbike rental shop, a convenience store, a gym, a well-known bún bò place, a pharmacy etc. A shame about the cleanliness, otherwise I'd strongly recommend a stay here.

Amazing service in great location
This was our favourite hotel on our trip around the Far East. The hotel was in a great location, central but hidden away down a quiet side street. The hotel was incredibly clean but best of the staff were amazing. They could not do enough and were really helpful in guiding us around Hue. It is a boutique hotel without lots of bells and whistles but we really thought it was one of the highlights of our stays in Vietnam.

Staff is amazing, especially Ngoan who helped me learning Vietnamese and patiently helping me practice my pronunciation. The only snag was there’s no swimming pool as advertised but management went out of their way to correct this and offered to compensate me by taking me to another hotel with a pool. Unfortunately it was raining and cool so they gave me a free ride to the train station when I left. I’ll be back to see Ruby (Ngoan)

Best hotel in Hue!!!
This is by far the best hotel we have stayed in our trip around Vietnam. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The amenities were great. The offer complimentary fruits and drinks during your stay. The breakfast is really fresh and healthy. Their rental prices for motorcycles are very reasonable. They make you feel at home.

You must stay here
Would not stay anywhere else in Hue. It only has 2 stars on the wall but it deserves at least 4. We booked one of the honeymoon suites and WOW. The room was beautiful and the service amazing. The breakfast was excellent with lots of options.

Nice hotel with brilliant staff
We enjoyed our stay here, with the hotel in a good location. We were able to walk to bars and restaurants easily. The staff were excellent and willing to help throughout. We had booked to travel to Hoi An and when our transport didn’t turn up (a misunderstanding) the staff called them and helped us in getting everything organised. The room was good and everything we needed. Breakfast is also what you need with a nice choice and again, good service to boot.

Charming little boutique hotel with fantastic serv
Amazing service. Very friendly, attentive and helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them. On checking in, the receptionist asked me to take a seat whilst she made the passport copy and her colleague brought me a freshly squeezed watermelon juice and cold towel, which was very welcome due to the heat outside. Room and bathroom was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Nice little touches such as the cute dog towel art and rose petals on the bed. It even has a lift, which is great for heavy luggage. Location great, right in the heart of the back packer/tourist area. Very comfortable stay at a very modest cost considering the quality of the place. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great hotel, great staff, 10 out of 10!
The whole experience here was amazing - fresh fruit for us on arrival when we checked in, super friendly and helpful staff; got me a scooter rental, a motorcycle rental to drive to Hoi An, let us check in early (so nice when it was nearly 100 degrees lol), room was clean, bed comfy, across the board this place was 5 stars!!

Above and beyond!
This hotel was perfect. We didn't even realize when we booked it but it was in a great location. The service at this hotel was spectacular and the free breakfast was wild. They have a full menu and it says you can eat and drink as much as you want. They also have free fruit/smoothies/ tea and coffee throughout the day. The room was super clean and comfortable, and perfect with two twin beds. Love this hotel so much!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable but quite firm. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The best part had to be location, walking distance to the imperial city and a block away from the nighttime pedestrian street. Thankfully the hotel is located on a quiet alley so it was very peaceful at night.

I was very happy with the location of the hotel, away from the noise and crowds but just a short walk to the action. Staff is very attentive and helpful and arranged tours and transfers in a thoughtful way. Breakfast is made to order and the food includes both western and Vietnamese choices.

Great hotel
Excellent, friendly service. Great location. Room is very nice and clean with excellent air conditioning. Breakfast is great with many personally made items and all you can eat. Everything here is wonderful especially the staff and the price is very good.
