"All very good even the price!!!! The receptionist amazing, good job!!!! Professional, kind, smiling, friendly…..the pool and the gym also nice and included in the price of the room!Amazing! Maybe need more selection of good spirits in the bar ( no tequila)! Thank you everyone! "

"Check in quick and easy. Room was large and clean. Showing its age slightly. Tiny TV and a shower curtain around the shower. Walls very thin, we were woken by next doors alarm clock.... Otherwise, excellent location for our stay. would stay again."

"Convenient location on Gunwharf Quays. Staff were very nice and very helpful. A shame the aircon is not working. I understand it needs repair and there is a dispute berween the hotel and Gunwharf about who is responsible for the repair. There was a some noise from nearby bars or club 'til late. Also other guests were a bit noisy returning late to their rooms. The bed was comfortable, apart from the room temperature issues! The window was locked shut so no fresh air ventilation. "

"Excellent staff, very helpful and courteous. Stayed for 2 nights and room was cleaned each day with fresh towels. Very easy parking. Only downside was the bed mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. WiFi was excellent and the shower was strong and hot which is always nice."

"Room was huge - we had the disabled access one. The bathroom is the biggest I’d seen. A few stains on the carpet but they been scrubbed as best they could. Would have liked some bedside lights, ended up using the TV on a scrambled signal to give a little light. Staff were friendly and really helpful. To the point of intervening with parking because it’s free at the weekend. Top tip - if you’re heading to Winchester, get the bus. Bus stop a short walk away, the route I direct, every 10mins. £3 til 6pm then £1."
