Staff were friendly and helpful but the room we were put up in was very noisy. There was a constant whirring sound all night and there were periodic sounds of doors banging shut all night and day.

The apartment was as advertised, we loved the amenities, pools, gym and pool tables. The apartment and building in general were in near new condition. We felt safe walking to and from local malls and restaurants. BIJOY communication was great, we asked for a late check in and it was no problem. When our departure flight was delayed we asked if he could store our bags for 4hrs so we could head out into KLCC instead of arriving at the airport too early, this was also no a problem:-) we would absolutely recommend and would stay here again.
