"部屋はとても良かったです。エレベーターが早い。スタッフさんの対応が早い。シャトルバス会って便利です。 悪いところはアメニティです。ボディタオルとお水さえあれば嬉しい。 チェックイン前に荷物送りたくて電話したらはい分かりましたで終わりました。名前とか予約の確認がなかったとかので不安でしたがチェックインしたらその不安が消えた。 フードデリバリーは出来ないのが悲しかった。 でもローソンが会って嬉しかった。 店員さんも自分と同じ国の人でしたが店員さん同士で客の悪口言いながら働いてる。それは嫌でした。 1階にお荷物測りが会って便利でした。 飛行機の時間も確認できた。 朝食が5時半からスタートため、朝ごはんも食べれた。 お世話になりました。 今回は2回目でした。"

"Everything was great. You need to ask the staff to help with bags otherwise it is not offered. But upon asking they were helpful. There were steep stairs to my room. Carrying a bag up was hard but I didn’t want to hurt myself trying to carry them down. "

"It’s an older hotel, not located anywhere convenient or near major sightseeing spots, but quite nice. Hardly any foreign tourists when I stayed, so if you want to experience the good old Japan (that is becoming increasingly difficult to find), here is the excellent option."

"Easy check in process and polite staff members. I had an enjoyable stay. Quite a bit to do around the property, but it is definitely easier to access things with a car."
