"Food are nice and surprising reasonable price. A bit confused at where to check in and who to talk to staff at first. But at the end, staff was very helpful and lovely. Room condition is relaxing as it is a resort but cleanness can be up a notch when there was so spots for dust and little bit dirty. Overall not too bad. "Very nice hotel w/free shuttle to/from the airport and Narita train station. Good breakfast with lots of variety. Nice/friendly staff. Loved the mini-mart which was always open, even at midnight. On-site laundry and gym facilities. No outlets with grounding plugs in the room. Every outlet is 2-pronged. No lamp. Only one light switch for the room which was by the door and one for the bathroom. Nearly 2 hours by train to downtown Tokyo. Overall, I felt that the pros outweighed the cons and I'd definitely stay here again."
