"There isn’t too much directly around the hotel, but if you walk for 10-15 minutes north-west there’s a great shopping area. Room was massive with a queen sized bed, and it was relatively clean, staff were kind and helpful."

"If you want to stay in one of the most interesting, cool, and delux neighbourhoods in Tokyo, while enjoying a uniquely Tokyo hotel experience, Hotel Mustard is an excellent choice. The staff are super friendly and helpful; breakfast at the cafe downstairs is delicious, high quality, and convenient; and honestly, if you love vinyl records and minimalist Tokyo style, this hotel ticks all the boxes. "Second time booking at Knot. First was during Tokyo Marathon. I will book again when I visit Tokyo. It may be a bit of a walk to Shinjuku Station but the place is not chaotic which I prefer. The restaurant at the second floor is very good too aside from the bread they sell at the lobby. "

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more satisfied. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with all the amenities you could ask for. The bed was very comfortable, and everything felt fresh and welcoming. Housekeeping did a great job throughout the stay.
The location was perfect, convenient and close to restaurants, shops. The hotel facilities were well kept, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing.
Overall, this was an excellent experience, and I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a pleasant stay."

The staff was super attentive to our every need and upgraded our room when there was a minor issue with our original room.
