"Location, food, restaurants , gym, pool staff , clean rooms were all excellent, Except for the dangerous stairs that one takes from the pool into the beach that is derailed and is about to collapse , while a few wires are holding it from falling , a liability waiting to happen and a guest unfortunately hurt , God forbid bc of negligence . Also the beach umbrellas and chairs are outdated and poorly kept."

"Everything was amazing. Super clean, beautiful view by the rooftop pool. Bar staff was incredibly friendly. Alexander was always a pleasure to speak to coming and leaving the property throughout my vacation. Overall I was filled with internal joy just being there"

"Hola!! Si vas de vacaciones a Río el lugar para alojarte es “el Janeiro”. Creo que 5 estrellas es poco. Desde la atención, el servicio, la excelencia de su personal en cada una de las áreas, la mejor ubicación de todo Río y cada detalle demuestra que NADA fue liberado al azar en este hotel. MARAVILLOSO. Gracias, sin duda pronto volveremos."
