"I really love this hotel! The staff were kind and lovely, even though I’m not very good at communication. I stayed in Room 406, which had a window and a door leading out to the balcony — I absolutely loved it! There’s a Family Mart right across from the hotel, and it’s not far to walk from the train station. It was also very convenient to walk to the large supermarket in town. If I ever come back to Nikko, I will definitely stay here again."

"The hotel is exactly what I imagined a perfect stay would be like in Japan. It has EVERYTHING I expected. The traditional style, the view, the food, the vibe.. The staff are very welcoming and responsive and helpful. I bought the half board. The breakfast and dinner are wonderful. The location is also great, very close to the sites and nice cafes and restaurants. Strongly recommended! Would definitely stay longer for a week next time in Nikko. "

"The hotel is close to railway and bus stations. Also a supermarket is two minutes away.. The front desk stuffs are very helpful and nice. The room is very clean and has no bad smells. Room is large compared with some other Japan hotels. Free breakfast is another plus!"

"I have only positive things to say about this place! I truly enjoyed my stay. The bed was super comfortable, the room was great, and the social areas provided a nice space to eat or work while mingling with others. The staff could not have been better — helpful and responsive. I really enjoyed my stay. The only area I would suggest for improvement is the food offering. While practical and tasty, I’m not really a microwavable kind of person… fresh products would have been great. Anyhow, thanks again!"

"Nikko Station Hotel is a great choice for a comfortable stay in a convenient location. The hotel is clean, and the onsen—featuring a partially outdoor bath—is especially relaxing. The staff are friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience. "Even though we were only at the house for one night, it was a very lovely stay. Nikko is gorgeous and the house allowed us to feel truly immersed in the culture. It’s relatively close to historical sites and Yoshiko was so kind to us. We had some delays and were rushed to reach the temple, but she drove us to ensure we had as much time as we could get. Would definitely stay again!"
