"The hotel has excellent facilities, in particular with private outdoor hot spring water bath, which is very enjoyable. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is excellent, but little too expensive. The hotel also has shuttle bus to the train station. Some facilties need proper maintainence, such as basin. Cleaness could be improved. Overall, this is a good hotel."

"Clean rooms. Staff was extremely nice we had the beach/ocean view which was breath taking. Hospitality was a+ . The hot spring indoor was super hot and they had vending machines near by which had ice cream. Property was right near the beach and it was quiet, truly an amazing experience. There was two restaurants we ate at the Italian was pricey but was fantastic food. "

"The impression I had of the hotel staff was very good, but the response from the Japanese woman I spoke with on the phone before my stay was poor and rude. Despite the hotel not being inexpensive, we were shocked to find that my room had not been cleaned when we returned at night. We went to the front desk to request cleaning, then went out for dinner. When we came back, we found that only the bed had been made; the used cups and trash were left as they were, and, for some reason, the sash of the yukata had been placed on the floor. The drain in the bath was also poor, and after using it for a while, water began to accumulate. The staff who attended to me were good, so I don’t want to speak too badly, but for the price of the stay, the service was completely unworthy."
