"We arrived early, staff held our bags for us and even had them in our room for us when we returned. Very wonderful room and staff. Hotel is located in a great location so that it is very close to the sites and food, but just off the main street so that you don't have to hear all the nightlife. Room was great with entire wall set up for movies. Not much of a breakfast, but if you're not eating in Chinatown.... would recommend and would definitely stay here again!"

Golden Tulip Incheon Airport Hotel & Suites

"This was a one night transit stay for us when we were flying through ICN airport. Room was decent sized with a big, comfortable bed, wifi, fridge. Big shower, but toilet was a bit tight to the door. Comfy chair, small desk, nice raised shelf to put 2 bags up off the floor. Good bedside lighting and outlets. A couple of bottles of drinking water provided. There is a free shuttle bus to/from the airport that can be arranged in advance, but it does not run 24/7. An alternative, which we used, was a quick (<10 minute), 2 stop, ride on the AREX train (you'll need a T-Money card to ride the train). Once off the train exit door #1 and the hotel is a 2 minute walk to the left as you exit the station. It can be a bit difficult to see the hotel name on the building among all the visual signage clutter on the buildings. There are also several hotels in the same multi-story building. Check-in was quick and easy with english speaking staff. There is a nice green space, with walking trails, a short walk away. The area has many other hotels, mini-marts and restaurants in the blocks surrounding the hotel. Our room rate included breakfast. Breakfast was buffet style and had four long tables with just about any type of breakfast food you could imagine from Asian to European. We'd happily stay here again."

"This hotel lives up to its offered services. Staff are very friendly and housekeeping are also very efficient. Rooms and bathrooms are pristine. If I had an issue, it is addressed immediately. The free breakfast buffet offers so much variety with delicious food and beverages. They maintain the food and facilities in the dining area throughout, so there is no lack for meals or a clean table. I will definitely recommend and plan on a future return when possible! 5 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟"

"We had a wonderful layover stay at the Hyatt Regency Incheon Paradise. Our 2 bedroom suite was large, clean and well appointed. We ordered room service after our long flight and the food arrived quickly and was delicious. The robe, slippers and other amenities were much appreciated, and all of the service staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay here again when I have another layover at ICN. My granddaughter also enjoyed the nice playground area before we left to go back to the airport on the complimentary shuttle!"

"This is my 2nd time staying here. I love to stay here the last day of my trip since it’s so close to the airport. Check-in is a breeze. The staff are so nice, helpful and professional. My room was spacious, clean and beautiful. The beds are so comfortable. There is so much to do here like Wonderbox and Cimer. There’s so many food options available throughout the hotel. I would definitely recommend Paradise City."

"Our stay at Shilla Stay was wonderful! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. We accidentally left some items on the airport transit, and with a simple call to the hotel, the staff were able to assist us with recovering them. They also helped arrange a bus for our return trip to the airport on the day of our departure, which made everything much easier. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and overall, we had a great experience. The only area I would suggest improving is the vegan food selection. While we appreciated having some vegan options available, the selection was quite limited. What was provided was enough to hold us over until we could get food elsewhere, but it would have been wonderful to see more options for vegan guests, particularly those who do not consume any dairy products. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and greatly appreciated the excellent service from the staff!"
