The owners, Sylvia and Wally are amazing! So friendly and helpful, and they truly care about the experience of every guest! Our cottage was simple, but just what we were looking for. VERY clean, comfy bed, fridge & microwave, and a private deck. They even have a BBQ - we did not use, however we observed several guests using it. The location is perfect! Close to everything you would like to see in the area. Sylvia took time during g our check in to recommend several hike, points of interest, and restaurants. We were there in the off-season, and many businesses were closing g or had limited hours. She was very helpful with organizing our time to get the most in. Highly recommend the Main Street Restaurant across the street for incredible food and service!

Wally was friendly and helpful with great suggestions of where to eat and a few off-the-beaten-path sights and hiking trails. We took his advice and were delighted. The shower needs a handhold on the wall and a rubber shower mat.

Manager was very cordial & helpful for tips on places to visit on the Cabot trail. Water pressure in the shower was minimal; good hot water. Maintenance on the tub outlet would improve this - bottom lift tab was leaking and pressure build-up as result of this leak would allow pressure build up.

Lovely owners, lovely decor in the sweet little cabins, great restaurant across the road. It was a wonderful stay, modest and not fancy, but clearly updated and cared for. Would definitely go back!

The cabin was spacious and well-kept. We got in quite late (~11pm) and the person who checked us in was waiting for us and was very nice despite our late arrival. Definitely would stay here again!

We liked the cozy cabin style with nice green space around it. Nice, basic, clean, well-kept surroundings. The owner was friendly and very present around the grouping of cabins which reinforced the feeling he cared and was on top of all the details. Don't expect a luxurious place, but for cabin-style accommodations, it was great and just what we needed.

Excellent property right on the Cabot Highlands Trail. Close to amenities and hiking trails. Owners very knowledgeable about the area including the trails. Perfect place to stay.

Great Experience
Thanks to the very friendly owner we were able to check in earlier than we thought we could. We were with friends and were able to share the deck with our friends who had the adjacent room. The rooms were spotless and the washrooms were newly appointed. The location was great and right across the street from the Main Street Restaurant which was also great. I would absolutely return to Skyeline Cabins.

We stayed the night of the Hurricane and she had prepared the room with flashlights and suggested we fill the tub with water before going to bed. There was a restaurant in walking distance which was also perfect,

Very clean, quiet and updated cabins that are conveniently located near the golf course, great beaches and hiking trails makes this our go-to place to stay when visiting Ingonish. The owners are exceptionally friendly and helpful, and keep the cabins and property in great shape. Highly recommend!!

We were between accommodations on the day it was recommended for people to shelter in place due to tropical storm forecast. Our host very kindly rushed to ready our cabin and let us check in early. We enjoyed the covered deck and the clean comfortable suite. The location near Nat’l park is perfect unfortunately the weather didn’t allow us to explore it thoroughly- we’ll have to return another time for that!
