The hotel is conveniently located to many shops and restaurants. We had a car, but hardly used it as we were able to walk to everything around us. Would highly recommend Hotel Rialto and would definitely stay there again when we visit Victoria. The manager, Arlene, and her staff helped me locate an item I left behind and so kindly walked me through the process to get it mailed back to me. The customer service goes above and beyond for the guests."

"Like most of downtown Victoria, there are homeless on the street. They don’t brother you for the most part. The staff here are super friendly and we decided to valet our rental car to keep it safe. "
