"We were in room 449 with a balcony. Pros Nice hotel the staff were brilliant breakfast nice and great location. The bed really comfortable. Cons Thursday night slept like a log. The second night Friday little did we know there was a nightclub next to room. The booming from music went through your body. We phoned reception to see what time the club shut we were advised 3an. Didnt get to sleep till 3.30am. Which wasn't ideal as we had a long drive up to the highlands. And felt shattered in the morning. "

"The room was clean, the staff was awesome, and I don't business so, IDK on that one. I don't know of any shops that were close-by, we had to ride a bus for a bit or drive the rental for a little bit to find everything. It's close to the airport so no rushing the day of flying out. It was close to the main highway. That helped out tremendously when we left the south for Portree. The bus stop is across the street which will get you downtown, especially close to the castle in Edinburgh. The uber to get downtown is like 40 USD. SO its wise to figure out the public transport. They had parking for our rental, which was way nice. The only issues I had were sitting sideways on the jon because the toilet paper holder was jutting out and some horrible channels (44 of em) on the TELE, it was a pain to connect our iPhone so we never did. Also, I am lazy, so that's not on them. No in-house or self service laundry so probably a great hotel for business 1-2 days as well. Overall top marks and the price was competitive. It all felt pretty new. I would stay here again."

"Room was fine, laminate floor made it a bit echoey but it was comfortable, breakfast selection really good. Overnight parking was expensive if you're driving."

"The pet charge is a bit expensive but they give a proper welcome pack for your doggo so honestly worth it. The room was very clean, quiet as requested and the amenities were great. Ideal for a single trip with your dog like it was for me. Be careful they tell you after, that you cannot leave your pet alone in the room! More and more properties request this and it’s really not easy when you’re alone and have planned a diner out. "

"Friendly staff. Room was ready early so they let us check in. Suite was nice and looked like the photos. Cons: You can hear everything. People above were very loud walking around for ages early morning and late in evening. Really weird smell in reception room and downstairs. "
