"Room was bigger than what I expected based on other reviews. My view overlooked the garage . The room was quiet . My room had a refrigerator and microwave in the room with safe that was cool. The shower was hot and it slept very good . The staff was was very friendly and welcoming. There is a 50 dollar refundable deposit as well but get it back if nothing is wrong with room. Overall the room was great the people . There is no breakfast you will will have to go out . They do have a snack area but it’s a little pricey. Thank you for the welcome and thanks Chicago for your hospitality I will be back"

"wifi wouldn’t connect, when we called the front desk to ask (I had work I needed to do, and specifically checked before booking that the room included wifi) was met with attitude to “just connect” even though the wifi network wasn’t visible or available. also, you have no control over the temperature of your room, and TV is only regular cable - I wasn’t able to stream anything due to the lack of wifi. no vending machines as well. absolutely gorgeous building with rich history, but for the price, much better off going somewhere more up to date."

"The staff were extremely impressed and helpful. Help me with restaurant choices, where to go for tours. Only thing I regretted was not packing the proper clothes for the chance of weather. It was my personal birthday present to me and I did enjoyed myself."

"Clean and well maintained. Staff was always helpful. The lobby is on the 7th floor which was nice for views of the city. Breakfast was really good."
