"Everything was exceptional. The hospitality from Graham and Sheena was second to none. We got lost our first night out and after a quick call, Graham got us back on track and was actually on his way out to find us when we turned up the drive! That is the level of hospitality provided. "The staff, the location and the breakfast were exceptional. Sadly, the amenities in the Annex double did not quite match up to the views and the fabulous team. The double room was impractically laid out with no where to put your toiletries bag near the sink and inaccessible sockets. Despite it being warm and stuffy we felt we couldn’t open the window overnight as it was easy access point. Still given 4 stars for the team, the location and the delicious breakfast"

"This was a great place for us to stay because of its location very close to the train station, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The loud music from the nearby bars was bothersome, but we were willing to put up with that because of the location, and they stopped about one o’clock. Breakfast was mainly bread. They do have a washer and dryer available after 6. And they stored our luggage until we could leave."

"We were warmly welcomed by Callum at reception and were directed to our room. This room was very warm and had a radiator we couldn’t turn off. We went back to reception and were offered another room which was just perfect. The pool and steam room were an added bonus for us and we used them on both days we were there. The woman in the bar on Saturday night was very friendly and helpful and made us and other guests there feel very welcome. We will certainly look at booking this hotel when we next visit Inverness"
