"Nice room, clean and well presented. But the TV was broken on arrival, someone had tried to rewire it and got the connector the wrong way around. Staff couldn't help as they were not technical and as there was no other rooms available I had to stay there (to be fair they offered me a free breakfast to make up for it). But no water, no fridge, basic tea options. "

Black out drapes were nice given we were not used to the long days of this latitude and the time change from where we live. It was quiet with a nice view of the countryside/golf course. The breakfast is well worth it and I found a new love for haggis! Delightful stay! We would love to come back to Inverness as there is so much to see AND partake in the hotel resort's spa! Next time perhaps..."
