Valentina is amazing and so is Ruben. I forgot the name of the guy on reception but he was so lovely also. My mum left her coat in the room and they saved it for us. Lovely people. "Great hotel, situated 1 road back from the beach and less than 10 minutes into the old town and its range of bars a restaurants. Breakfast was lovely and the staff all very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious with a large bathroom. Highly recommended for a weekend trip to Alicante"
