"The staff was very friendly. Hotel is walkable to all the beaches and shopping. rooms very clean and relaxing. We upgraded to the suit with the rooftop pool and it was very enjoyable came with two lounge chairs and a covered outdoor cabana bed. beautiful views of the ocean."

"All the staff went above and beyond our expectations and were so kind & friendly! The food was excellent with lots of variety. My kids used the pool lots and swam in the ocean. The resort is located in a more quiet area which was great since we were wanting a relaxing holiday. I want to share that my son forgot a pair of pants/belt and one of the staff brought them over to Cancun for him to pick up, a week after we checked out. I cannot believe how happy he was and he offered her a tip and she refused to take it. Thank you for a wonderful stay at your resort!"

"It is a beach hotel, but not enough adequate opportunities to wash up after beach to go to your room. When going out at night, you must walk through sand. The hotel has beach access , and they have 2 hotel bars, but they use the same kitchen. The servers are not hospitable. I think Mexico has finally changed, no more friendly service. Employees are entertained with thier phones."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Mia Reef was absolutely unforgettable! The views were phenomenal!! waking up surrounded by crystal-clear turquoise water felt like a dream. The customer service was top-tier, and every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The food was one of the best parts of our trip. The buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options every day, and the Cevichería was by far our favorite. The fresh ceviche was incredible and is a must-try! The pool was amazing, especially with the swim-up bar, making it the perfect place to relax while enjoying the beautiful ocean views. The only downside to our stay was the constant pressure to attend a timeshare/membership presentation. We were approached multiple times, and it got to the point where we felt like we had to avoid the lobby just to not be asked again. While it didn’t ruin our vacation, it was the one aspect that took away from an otherwise perfect experience. Overall, Mia Reef is a beautiful resort with breathtaking scenery, outstanding service, amazing food, and a fantastic pool. We would definitely return!"

Julieta was equally amiable, ensuring our vacation experience was enjoyable. Our family highly recommends this establishment. The only minor inconvenience encountered was the quality of the bedding, which was uncomfortable. Overall, we anticipate returning next year."
