Small hotel in the middle of eve thing on Baghdad street, Asian side. Super clean, beds are comfortable, staff is amazing. Breakfast is pretty good. Nothing to complain about if you want to stay on the Asian side of Istanbul

Mostly all the staff at the hotel. All of them were wonderful and so very helpful and they will go above and beyond with a smile anytime of the day leaves you with a smile. Will go again next year God willing.

Room was nice, stayed for 3 nights but no housekeeping even though the sign was on the door to make up the room each day, when asked was told wait until next day but again nothing so ran out of water, coffee, milk etc after 1st night. Towels and bedding weren’t changed during our stay. Reception staff were polite but unable to resolve issue and unable to book taxis for us to and from a wedding which we’d travelled there for. Great bar downstairs but not part of the hotel, tho they billed us twice and still no contract now left Turkey waiting for them to check their till and refund - issue raised with the bank.

It’s a good hotel overall and I give it 4 stars. It’s on Baqdad ave. which is a great plus. But there are a few things that could be improved: The cleanliness could definitely improve. They only rinse the coffee mugs and spoons with water when they clean the rooms and never vacuumed or mopped the floors. I also had to wipe my night stand as they never cleaned it. One night we asked for beers and duvet. They didn’t know what duvet is so my mom translated it (yorgan), they understood. They brought us the beers but not the duvet! :( Again, the area is great, We always felt safe, the rooms are modern, and everyday change of towels was awesome. The restaurant staff could be more welcoming. Maybe say hello or good morning in the morning. Don’t just stand there and watch people come and go! Smile and greet people.

The Broyt was a good choice for us. It was reasonably priced, the room was spacious, quiet and well-appointed and the location is convenient in a nice part of the Asian side of Istanbul. We walked all the way to the Kadiköy Ferry (about a one hour walk) but there are buses easily accessible directly outside the hotel. Our only complaint is that our room was too hot and we either didn’t understand how to use the thermostat or it didn’t work.
