Not the best location in Istanbul I think but it was close to the location we needed. Dining options are a 15 minute walk away for the best options. Onsite breakfast was very good. The desk and space in the room were very cramped making it difficult to work from the room.

Had a great stay at the hotel. Rooms were clean. The breakfast which was included had numerous hot and cold selections and was great. Room service which was 24 hour was very good. All staff were extremely helpful and courteous at all times. Could not find anything to complain about. Thank you for making our stay in Istanbul enjoyable.

My honest review is that I found the staff outside of the manager very dry and disengaged. There was a young lady that was a part of the wait staff in the evening that was very polite and helpful as well. The location was a little inconvenient but very quiet. The breakfast buffet was above average even though the scrambled eggs were a little too wet for my liking. The manager tried his best to make us feel welcome and comfortable but the other members at the front dropped the ball.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their level of honesty and professionalism made me feel completely comfortable and safe throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding—everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made the environment very relaxing. What truly stood out was the excellent treatment and respect they showed to guests. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant, comfortable, and trustworthy place to stay. I will definitely come back again! Wafaa 💐

Lovely hotel

We had a lovely stay at Buem Hotel. The hotel staff were very helpful and professional at all times. The room we were given was very clean and had all the essentional items you would need for a short stay including tea and coffee facilities. The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options to choose from and we can highly recommend this hotel.

Nice boutique hotel close to main areas of interest on Asian side of Istanbul. Everyone working in the hotel is trying to make your stay enjoyable. Good breakfast and having a car parking is certainly a plus. Wifi is working great. I will definitely stay again in my coming trips.

The first room given was smoking cigarettes because of guests not willing to comply with no smoking policy. However, we were immediately given two other options and the rest of stay was smooth. Frontdesk, housekeeping and waiters in breakfast area were kind and helpful. The hotels so conveniently located and this was our second time which we hope will not be the last.

Lots of Things To Like

I was very happy with my accommodations at the Buem Hotel. The staff is exceptionally helpful - from the front desk to housekeeping to food service. The room was very clean and I loved having the daily housekeeping service, as this is no longer standard in the U.S. The food was excellent, and one reason that I chose the hotel. I had three meals a day at the hotel for several days, and it was nice just “staying in.” I also enjoyed the lobby common area where I sometimes had tea and a croissant as a change of scenery while working on my laptop. Lots of things to like about this hotel!

Will get back 👍

Hotel is in a quiet road located at 10 mins walking distance to several restaurants and bars. Room is a bit small but it is equipped with all the necessary. Bathroom is fully renovated and is equipped with bathing kits and slippers. Istanbul tourist landmarks are reachable with B1 line. 15 mins walking + 10 mins by train

During my recent visit to the hotel, I was impressed by several positive aspects that contributed to an overall enjoyable experience. One of the standout features was the warm and welcoming attitude of the staff. From the moment I stepped into the lobby until the time of my departure, the hotel's employees consistently displayed a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. The cleanliness of the premises was another notable advantage. My room was meticulously maintained, and the common areas were spotless. It was evident that the hotel prioritizes hygiene and cleanliness, creating a comfortable and inviting environment for guests. Moreover, the in-room facilities were comprehensive and well-maintained. The room boasted modern amenities, ensuring a convenient and comfortable stay. From the well-stocked minibar to the efficient air conditioning system, every detail seemed to have been considered to enhance the guest experience. However, it is essential to address a few drawbacks that detracted from an otherwise positive impression. One notable concern was the elevated cost of dining within the hotel. The prices for meals were comparable to those at high-end establishments like Hilton, which may not align with the expectations of guests seeking more budget-friendly options. Additionally, the breakfast offerings left something to be desired. While the quality of the food was commendable, the selection was limited.
