Receptionists are good and courteous. The location is convenient, being on the main road. Malls and restaurants are within a walking distance. In room amenities and utilities can be upgraded. Shower head spits water everywhere that the whole bathroom becomes wet. The TV and remote are very slow and not working. The channels are mostly in other languages, prefer more English channels. Also, no channels for kids.

The room on the 21st floor with very nice vieuw from 2 sides. Room and bathroom are spacious. The hotel is near public transportation. Pelican mall with supermarket is walking distance. The are was safe to walk. Only down point was the food of the restaurant and the breakfast. Not so much choices.

10/10 hotel stay made super comfortable by the lovely staff at doubletree. The area is a bit further out but everything in Istanbul is quite a distance from each other so it was nice to stay outside of the congested areas. Our room was upgraded on arrival and we had beautiful views over Istanbul. Lovely facilities. Highly recommend.

The area was good ....the hotel is nice but housekeeping was not cleaning at all...they only do the beds with same sheets...the bathroom the same only changing towels and adding shampoo with no whipping or cleaning....other than that ..the hotel is nice to stay in with a sea view from the back of it
