Excellent hotel
This is a great hotel. Very friendly staff, lovely Art Deco feel to the rooms and decent breakfast offer. Located within easy walking distance of a lot of attractions and close to public transport for the others. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again

Some guests were to loud , but no one react. Breakfast was same every morning. Found long hair in eggs container. Room? I asked for fix lock, and a guy said will come later but didn’t show. Night stand only on one side of the bad, and plug in one side too. Small fridge not cold enough. No table neither chair in room. In restroom no place to put personal hygiene staff.

The hotel is very well located, clean and beautiful, but the room had the noise of cars and the street and it was difficult to sleep. I asked for a room change but there was none available.

We booked 2 rooms at this property. The A/C was not working in both rooms and the hotel was unable to fix the issue for us after several complaints to them. The rooms had a balcony but they were locked and the hotel did not open them for us despite the A/Cs not working. Terrible experience overall!

Overall we loved it. The stuff were good. The room were clean and the bedding was good. We lov3d how close to the metro it was. 2min walk. In th3 middle of the market. Could find food until 12am. Accessible to pharmacy and other things. Tram 5mins walk. Taxi was very easy to find too but unfortunately we came in july/august when the country has peaked in tourism so finding taxi in that sense was hard because they were pre-booked. 2 things about the country in general though. 1. Turkish people are not friendly, very very moody. 2. They (taxi or small shops) will rip you off blindly. A place were could be 10mins away and cost you 50tl tbey will charge you 200tl.

It was very disappointing overall, When we booked was last minute and I had no time to check the details about the room if is underground, I never see for so many years i travel I never come cross with room underground, However our issue started by waiting for the room to get ready and receptionist with refused to let me dropped off my bags in the room after waited at hotel for 2 hours for the room to get ready we had child with us my wife and son count not anymore wait they had to go for walk, the guy in the reception was very rude and not friendly and because my wife and child was not present he with not let me drop off our luggage in the room we were in hurry to prepaid tour I told him I have the copy’s he said no I want them present, When I reach the room underground I I told the guy we will not stay here was room dark and I told the guy at reception my soon can not stay here he said so you book this room, He didn’t even offer us alternative accommodation or anything we booked for 2 night and he could fix the problem at spot but he was so careless, We end up paying additional elsewhere for that night to stay when we left we didn’t said one word, I ask for the manger he said no manger available and one was there to solve my problems, I call the customer service for orbitz I explain to the situation she knew we are left from the hotel I ask her can we get reimbursed or at least our second day they can fixed orbitz staff took my number she said she will update me

Amazing hotel in sirkeci area. Clean rooms and amazing cleaners. All staff were amazing and the breakfast was great. Would recommend to anyone with kids as the staff make you feel so welcome.

Nice hotel but be aware that rooms are very compact. We’re not on the larger side and found some areas of the room needing to keep elbows in - particularly the bathroom and there was limited space for Salah. We requested to change rooms and received one with a marginally better layout. Breakfast is fine but repetitive. Rooms on road side are noisy but that will be case everywhere in Istanbul. Location is perfect though, walking distance to all main attractions. Felt like a reasonable 3 star stay.

When I reached the hotel, I've been told that no room is available! didnt stay at this hotel and I had to walk at night with my kids to find a room in nearby hotels.

Overall our stay at the Euro Design Hotel was OK, nothing to rave about. Staff was friendly and helpful, service was good, property was clean, breakfast was...ok. Our biggest complaint is with how the room was presented on Expedia vs how it looked in reality. We booked a suite for 5 people, and it looked good on Expedia (roomy, nice layout, etc), but it was small and it didn't really feel like a suite, it felt like a big(er) room with 2 more single beds. Bathroom was small and awkward (sink was behind the door, you had to close the door to use the sink).
