Very nice property however personalization needs to be picked up as when the hotel is busy they don’t know what they’re doing, and also at the breakfast lounge a woman waitier sighed agresivly which was very rude and unprofessional.

I called ahead to let them know we were celebrating my wife’s birthday.
I was immediately email by Alexandria to assist with all my wishes. She helped me decorate the room and suprise my wife upon arrival.

Beautiful property set on a former Ottoman palace. The views of the Bosphorus, the spa, the afternoon tea, and the hotel team were unforgettable. East shuttle transport to Sultanahmet at certain hours. Thanks to Onur and Hiba for making our stay remarkable!!
One thing that we didn't agree with but understand the hotels position is that of male and female segregations when it came to the saunas/steam room facilities. For a 5 star hotel international hotel when you can't share the facilities and experience with your wife or husband is not acceptable. It actually becomes a negative experience.
It’s a beautiful and nice place to stay in Istanbul the have a gorgeous backyard where you can sit for tea or lunch admiring the Bosphorus strait…
Everything was perfection thank you again for all the team they are very caring …the breakfast team are excellent …the concierge the housekeepers perfection clean . Finally a special big thank you for the front desk manager he was professional and efficient after one phone call 🙏 we will definitely come back and sorry if I forgot someone :-)
The hotel is stunning, particularly the terrace by the Bosphorus with all of the huge amount of water traffic.
Lovely hotel restaurants and nice rooms.

Very nice staff, awesome location, amazing drinks! The amenities are limited but this might be due to pandemic. There is no kids/family room but they have nice restaurants and nice spa.

The internet will tell you that the Four Seasons Bosphorus is the best hotel in Istanbul. It is. Full stop.
I enjoy bouncing around hotels when I’m in a new city to experience different neighborhoods. I recommend this in Istanbul especially as the traffic is horrific and the neighborhoods are distinct and walkable within each. In any case, I believe I have a better ability to evaluate the Four Seasons having stayed at 3 other 5-star hotels.
The neighborhood is around the university and that young people are teeming the bars is fantastic. There also aren’t thousands of restaurant callers because the restaurants here do brisk business.
The hotel can arrange for a private boat leaving from its own dock. Worth every penny as a ‘when-will-I-ever-be-on-the-Bosphorus-again?’ experience.

The hotel is hugely overpriced. Shangri la next door was twice chipper and so much better. Old rooms, bathrooms, breakfast was so poor (for 400l for couple). The only great thing was the bed. The best
