Convenient and smart.

A smart hotel in a convenient location. Next door to the Tünel Furnicular giving easy access to the Istiklal Cadesi and lots of restaurants and bars. 10mins from the tram stop on the Galata Bridge that will take you to all the sights. Breakfast is served on the 6th floor with views of the city, the breakfast itself is a generous buffet. A lack of attention to detail lost it a star. The first night there was missing towels, whilst on the second night one of the large towels was fraying and thin. The taps ran dry just as we prepared to have a shower. The response from reception made me believe they had turned the water off. The tea and coffee in the room wasn't fully replenished. There was also no complimentary bottles of water unlike the other hotel we stayed at in the city.

Kleines Hotel in guter Lage

Ist eigentlich ein kleine und gemütliches Hotel, in einer guten Lage (3 Minuten von der Galata Brücke, Straßenbahn, Bus). Leider mangelt es an Sauberkeit und Ordnung. Im Bereich der Rezeption lagen am ersten Tag irgendwelche Teppiche herum (nehme an, dass ein Zimmer renoviert wurde) und im Stiegenhaus wurden die Matratzen zwischengelagert. Abgesehen von den notwendigen Dingen im Zuge einer Renovierung, war es ein generelles durcheinander. Das Frühstück war mittelmäßig, aber akzeptabel. Gefehlt hat es an Geschirr, Tellern, Tassen, Untertassen, aber auch an Servietten... Das größere Problem ist aber die Sauberkeit im Restaurant und im Zimmer. In den vier Tagen die wir dort verbracht haben, wurde weder das Bad geputzt (war von Angang an sehr schmutzig, einfach nur ekelig), noch der Mülleimer entleert. Bei der Abreise haben wir diese Punkte angebracht und es hieß nur, wir hätten ein Schild auf die Tür hängen müssen, dass sie unser Zimmer reinigen. Da Frage ich mich, wenn jemand den Raum betritt um das Toilettenpapier nachzufüllen und sieht das der Mülleimer übergeht, ist es dann wirklich notwendig als Gast drauf aufmerksam zu machen, dass er entleert gehört. Kann leider nur sagen... schade.

Hotel in bester Lage

Habe das Hotel für einen besonderen Anlass gebucht um meine Frau zu überraschen . Habe ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht das bei Ankunft aber nicht verfügbar war ! Angeblich Probleme mit Strom im Zimmer . Uns wurde ein kleines Zimmer ohne Meerblick gegeben und es hat ganze zwei Tage gedauert bis ich das gewünschte Zimmer bekommen habe. Hotel sehr abgenutzt ! Aufzug bleibt andauernd stecken, Böden im Flur und in den Zimmern sehr ekelig dreckig . Einziges Highlight ist die Dachterasse von wo aus man eine wunderschöne Aussicht über Istanbul hat . Hotelpersonal war nett

Öncelikle, resepsiyona bakan Ali Bey’e teşekkür ediyorum. Kendisi gerçekten çok nazikti ve yardımseverdi. Özellikle kaldığım odanın temizlik vaktinin öne çekilmesini rica ettiğimde, isteğimin ilgili bir biçimde yerine getirilmesini sağladı. Diğer otel personeli de son derece güler yüzlüydü. Kaldığım oda 205 numaralı odaydı. Odanın penceresi yoktu. Güneş görmeyen, rüzgar almayan bir odaydı haliyle. “Ekonomik oda” altında geçen odamı, daha üst statülü bir odayla değiştirmek istemiştim ancak bu isteğim kabul görmedi. Odanın bu kadar kötü bir yaşam standartı sunacağını bilsem, fiyat farkını ödeyip başka bir oda alabilirdim. Sonuç olarak, odadan memnun kalmadım. Lavaboda sabun yoktu. Duş jeliyle elimizi yıkadık. Duşun tavana asma aparatı kırıktı, konforlu bir duş deneyimi yaşayamadım. Yatak rahattı. Oda temizdi. Otelin konumu çok güzel bir yerde olduğu için, her yere yakın sayılırsınız. Toparlamak gerekirse, kaldığım odadan hiç memnun kalmadım. Personel ve temizlikten memnun kaldım. Ekonomik oda dışında tercih yapacaklara tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel. Daha iyi bir odada, tekrar uğramayı düşünüyorum. Saygılarımla.

Zimmer sind kleiner wie im Wohnwagen!!!

Das Hotel wurde im Internet als 4* Hotel angeboten jedoch ist es eine stinknormale Pansion!! Es mangelt sehr an Platz und Sauberkeit! Personal ist sehr unprofessionell und weiss nicht weiterzuhelfen... Das einzig positive ist, dass das Hotel in einer guten Lage liegt und vieles gut erreichbar ist. Nichts desto trotz ist das Hotel überhaupt nicht empfehlenswert! Pure Enttäuschung!!!

Sehr schlechtes Hotel

Die Zimmer sehr dreckig Personal unfreundlich Frühstück nicht mal 1 Stern beim zubereiten Zigarette in der Hand. Defekte duschstange wurde mit secunden kleber geklebt ,Frühstück Büffe wurde nie nachgefüllt. Im Restaurant wurde vom Personal geraucht. Zimmertepiche verdreckt und brandflecken .

Chambre eco d'une taille tres tres petite. Avec fenetre mais sans vue et ne pouvant s'ouvrir. cependant sur la terrasse nous avions une belle vue. Cependant le Personnel est accueillant l'hotel est calme et est tres bien placé.oour drs personnes sui partent pour visiter je recommande quand meme cet hotel ou au mieux ne pas prendre la chambre eco les autres sont beaucoup plus correct.
