Otel tam bi fiyasko

Otelde konaklayamadan ayrılmak zorunda kaldım. Odaları görmeden sadece fotoğraf üzerinden bakip satın almıştım. Fakat gittiğimde şekli görünüm olarak oda aynı olmasına ragmen cok eski esyalar yatak ve yatak ortusu vardi. Lavabo temizligi de bi o kadar koty ve vasatti. Sozde 4 yildizli bi otel icin oldukca vasatti. 5 dk sonra orelden ayrildim. Rezervasyonumu iptal için netten araştırdım fakat muhatap bulamadım bu nedenle paranın iadesini talep ediyorum. Ayrıca gerek duyarsam trivago sitesine de benzer bi mail atmayı ve sonuç alınmazsa heriki site içinde yasal sürece başvurmayı planlıyorum

we visited family but we wanted our own space this hotel was ideal was only 10 minutes away so after a being with them we could come back & chill out we definitely will use this hotel again

otelde merkezi ısıtma var. fakat iki defa uyarmama ragmen ısıtmayı yükseltmediler ve odada donduk resmen. yer olarak guzel yerde ama yazın gitmek lazım...

Sigara içilmeyen oda olmasına rağmen oda havasız ve sigara kokuyordu. Hotels.com üzerinden yapılan ödemelerin sistemde görülmeme problemi var. Check in sırasında uğraşmanız gerek. Kahvaltı standart ekstrası yok Odadaki tv 37 ekran. İnç değil santimetre yanlış anlaşılmasın. Lcd ama küçük. Odadaki aydınlatmalar yetersiz. Buna banyo dahil. Yatak çarşafları yıkanıyor belli ancak üzerinde lokal lekeler var. Mobilyalar biraz eski ancak günü kurtarıyor. Klima merkezi. Sıcaklık ayarı var sıkıntı yaratmıyor. Banyo temiz. Duşa kabin yok. Perde var. Ufak küvet mevcut. Jakuzili. Enteresan bir şekilde iki adet şişe su ve çay ikramı var. Bir tek bunu beğendim. Sonuç olarak fiyatına göre hizmet kalitesi düşük. Eğer bu bölgede kalma zorunluluğum yok ise ki kız arkadaşımın evine yakın olduğu için burayı seçtim bir daha tercih edeceğimi düşünmüyorum.
