Good mid range choice
This is a pleasnt, well run hote near the center of the cityy. Rooms are comgortable, staff is generally cery nice. The rooftop restaurant where breakfast in served has beautiful views

The staff were excellent. They were accommodating and helpful. The breakfasts were exceptional and delicious. The terrace restaurant was a great feature. I would recommend it to friends.

This is a terrible place to stay. It was horribly hot and the AC wasn't working, even when we repeatedly complained, nothing was done. We had booked 4 rooms, it was the same in all the rooms. The bathroom wasn't working. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

Don’t go to this hotel ever!!!
Make yourself a favor and stay out of this horrible hotel. The staff in the front desk seems nice till you have a problem. We took 3 rooms for a family holiday and in the bar of the hotel they party till 3am!!! The noise was too much and got worse in each night after. The staff did nothing to help! I heard another guest complain about it in the 3rd day of my stay and they acted surprised like they never heard of this complaint before. They didn’t want to cancel our stay and wouldn’t allow it. Find yourself a better place to stay.

Highly recommend this hotel, the staff are extremely helpful, polite and well mannered. Even though the hotel is positioned in quite a busy area with a bar below noise is minimal within the hotel itself. We booked a double room and upon arrival were upgraded to a larger more spacious room, quite generous. The room we stayed in was very well decorated also thoroughly clean. Breakfast is served on a roof terrace which has a large seating area the food is of a high quality with a good choice. Some improvements could be made in the lighting upon the stairs leading to the roof terrace it is rather dark. Overall I shall definitely be revisiting this hotel well worth it.

Unbearable noise
My room faced a wall making the room feel as a prison. Size was tiny and hardly any space to walk around the room. Below the room was a cafe which was noisy till early hours of the morning making it impossible to sleep. Additionally, you could hear every guest who closed their room door due to loud bang ! If you want to sleep choose somewhere else !!

This is not even one star hotel, spider web everywhere in the room, very bad smell came from everywhere, broken bathroom, air condition can not go below 27 Celsius degree!! Min bar is empty, there is not even water, there is no truth basket in the room, the sheets are extremely dirty!!breakfast is included but better is not to be!! A very ad taste juice, I had to clean the table myself, cats everywhere, I had to wait 15 minutes to get a fork and knife!!The works experience ever!

I would rate it as 3 stars , staff are nice but the manager was not friendly , breakfast is very poor , I paid for it and I only tried it one time and never went back for it and generally in turkey there is a language barrier even in tourist places,police in turkey are very rude with tourists

not safe for family , can pass as 2 stars or less
I booked the hotel for 17 days for my family , after they reached the hotel they found it to be as a motel and not matching with the pictures, furthermore, the breakfast was very limited and doesnt look as fancy and good as the pictures, mostly cheese only ... but they accepted to stay because they were out most of the day ... but after a week of staying , some drunk residents in the hotel started banging on their room door and trying to open the room ( they were just three ladies in the room ) so it was a terrifying experience and they had to leave after the hotel refunded the rest of the stay and apologized .. but they didnt feel safe to stay anymore.

Hotels.com said it had a bath tub, but it didn't. Perhaps I was put in a larger room without one — I arrived late at night and didn't ask/complain. But the shower is good (tho I was afraid it would overflow, it didn't). There was a lot of construction immediately in front of the building (they're tearing up the road), but if you're just there at night this shouldn't be a problem. The view from breakfast was great and I had a little view from the room if you stood in the right place... But the bed was comfortable and the staff very nice.

Charming place
Charming hotel, classy design, clean and comfortable. Breakfast venue on the top floor gives spectacular views over the Golden Horn. The single room is a bit small, but the big bathroom compensates somehow. The hotel offers free parking, but unless I fought for a spot in the too narrow and busy street with crazy neverending traffic - I have no idea how I could take advantage of it. May be in case you need a parking, you should call the reception so that they wait for you and help you with the car. Otherwise you just block the busy street or you are just lost.

The only word I can think of to describe this hotel is charming.The hotel is very well located and a few steps away from istiklaal street. The hotel staff are very friendly. The breakfast is good and the views from the terrace are beautiful. My only Crisitism would be that they should add ventilation to the bathroom.

Staff were very helpful but attention to detail is missing first night the towel was old and ripped all around the edges was so shocked by this. The safe wasn’t working but I didn’t ask to fix it as this should have been checked -attention to detail. You can hear the cars, windows are not sealed properly. No room service but they do offer to get something delivered from near by restaurant, only breakfast is done at the hotel. They room it self was new they seem to be updating the rooms and decor as works were going on during my stay. The AC seems to have a timer as it keeps shutting on and off. Overall if you are looking to save money and have a clean stay would recommend.

Pera Hill locale
Great hotel in a rather Bohemian locale. We had 5 , so they did a good job with the suite linking essentially 2 rooms. The great thing was each had it's own toilets. All in all a 4.5/5 in my book down side perhaps the lack of understanding and knowledge of the front desk about airport logistics, and motivation.
