Wonderful stay in Istanbul!

The Marmara Guesthouse was a wonderful place to stay in the neighborhood of Sultanahmet. The staff was pleasant, the breakfast was delicious and the room was comfortable. It was conveniently located to many of historical and cultural highlights as well as being close to public transportation. I highly recommend staying there!

The guesthouse was very central to major sites in old Istanbul. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was varied for all diets and the dining area had a beautiful view of the Bosporus. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful stay at the property, considering it’s situated in old city, property is well managed. Staff was awesome and super helpful, rooms are little bit small but the rooftop patio and breakfast makes up for it. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful place to stay

I had 6 nights at the Marmara Guesthouse and was very happy with everything ! The staff were all friendly, professional and polite. The room was spotlessly clean. (I had a view of the Bosphorus-amazing!!) I had a wonderful stay - would highly recommend this guesthouse!

We loved our stay at Marmara! It was super close to all the Old City attractions but off on a small, quieter side street. Although our room was small, the terrace was a nice place to hang out/relax, and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast spread every morning was great, too!

Very helpful staff, always available. We had the room on top floor with "sea view" and it was wonderful. Its on a quieter side street but still close to all the top sights in Sultanamet.

Marmara is far better than adequate. The room we had was spacious and the bathroom was great. It is a five minute walk from the center of the action, but far enough away to feel peaceful. The breakfast is magnificent!

Great Place To Stay in Istanbul

This guesthouse is very close to the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace etc. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is wonderful and we enjoyed the views from the Terrace which is the dining room. There are a lot of stairs but the room was comfortable and we thoroughly recommend this guesthouse.
