I had a one small bed room with a shared bathroom. The breakfast was excellent every morning with tons of great options. Very easy to walk to from the subway and easy to get to the tourist attractions. I had my laundry done on the same street and there were restaurants in every direction. Well priced for what you get.

Worst hotel I have ever experienced got there was taken to a broom cupboard room no windows next to loud lift could not sleep. Next day moved to another room window that faced a brick wall no air conditioning 1 shared bathroom and toilet situated on 5th floor. Disgusting even the tap water smelt strange loud construction work. Staff say no to everything my worst experience I should have listened to the bad reviews it ruined my holiday. Could not get a coffee even though I said I would pay this was more like a prison do not book stay home or book somewhere else honest!

Hi, we a family of four stayed for five days. Excellent staff, breakfast lovely & the staff are really helpful. The hotel is walking distance to all sites you need and the tram station is as also on your doorstep! We'd stay there again 😀 Our daughters miss the place and the staff. Thank you all so much

It was clean and the service was good. I booked a double bed and was allocated 2 single bed put together. I understan i booked in October 2022 and arrived on February 2023 when there was renovation work going on. It was stiil clean and very professional. I am pmanning to return in April 2023 again.

Nice hotel in desirable location
For the price I paid the conditions were very good. Although there were problems with internet connection, I recommend staying at Emek Hotel and definitely will come back there in the future.

Only the location is good because it is near marmaray sirkeci but the room is very very small and the bathroom is very small and it was a problem in the door. They don't have a refrigerator in room.

Its was horrible stay at this hotel. The roor has no AC, very hot inside the room. In the website of expedia it wasnt written that the room without AC. I called the Expedia customer relationship, it was clear their careless, the expedia agent climed that he called the hotel receiption but I was there and no phone was placed. The agent insisted that No Ac is written but it is my fault that I didnt go down through page to notice that. That was misleading by Expedia. Also blaming the customer is somthing not prefessional. Its was bed and memorable experience with Expedia. I will think twice in the future before visiting this website.

This hotel was very bad services and the manager of hotel in the day shift very bad person. I did a booking by online but this booking not clear details specially with the bathroom is share of not. On the other side the most items in this hotel were very bad. Low water pressure, electric devices were not safity. I don't recommended to yjis hotel with this prices.

you have to take into consideration that you may have next door a prostitute with some Russian thug....and you can not have a sleep all nigh long.... and your complaint will be rejected by the stupid night manager.....

The first good thing in hotel was employees, Hassan, Morad, Bayram, Ebrahim, and Hatun are really friendly and helpful. The neighbourhood is fantastic and accessible to all the touristic areas. The rooms and lobby are clean. But small. If I wanted to go back to this hotel(which Recommended ) I book a room for one more person to be more free in the room.
