The check-in process was smooth and they were happy to answer questions and give recommendations for things to do around the city. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was great, the shower had good water pressure, and everything in the room worked perfectly. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the room fresh every day. One of the best parts of the stay was the location. It was close to restaurants, nightlife, and transportation, making it easy to explore Medellín and enjoy everything the city has to offer. Medellín is known for its vibrant culture and nightlife, especially in areas like El Poblado, which many travelers prefer for convenience and safety. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Medellín who wants a comfortable, clean place with excellent service"

"By far one of the best daily breakfasts available with a wide assortment of fresh offerings. The pool is spacious and offered hours of fun for the kids. The location is convenient yet far enough away from the noise and crowds. Negatives (for me): the beds are way too soft. And the water pressure left much to be desired (mainly toilet)."
